Pat Bowen and Dave Hargrave have been investing in South Jersey real estate for nearly 25 years. Their company, Interstate Properties LLC is a thriving real estate investment business based out of Turnersville, NJ. They purchase distressed properties through their secondary business, 856Homecash.com, to rehab them for resale or present them as wholesale deals to their extensive list of local investors. Through their other enterprise, ShortSaleHelpNJ.com, they purchase properties directly from homeowners. Pat and Dave also build long term wealth by buying investment grade rental properties to hold in their personal portfolio. Their mission is to bring value and integrity to every investment opportunity for their clients.

In addition to his long career in real estate investing, Pat owns a termite and structural repair business called Aztek Construction. Pat is a father of three and grandfather to five. He, his wife Trisha and their dog Ronald Reagan, reside in Turnersville.

Dave has four years of experience in mortgage origination and also owns a bath and kitchen remodeling business, Hargrave Contractors. Dave is the father of three and an avid motorcycle enthusiast. He and his wife Courtney also reside in Turnersville.
